At Valrix Technology, we are committed to delivering high-quality services and ensuring client satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services.
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of custom software development and digital services, all fees paid for work already completed are generally non-refundable. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and depend on the stage of the project and circumstances.
2. Project Cancellation by Client
2.1 Cancellation Before Work Begins
If you cancel a project before any work has commenced (within 48 hours of signing the agreement and payment), you are eligible for a full refund of any advance payment made.
2.2 Cancellation During Active Development
If you cancel a project after work has begun:
- You will be charged for all work completed up to the cancellation date, calculated at the agreed daily or hourly rate
- Any remaining balance after deducting completed work charges will be refunded within 14 business days
- Partially completed deliverables will be handed over upon receipt of final payment for completed work
3. Service Dissatisfaction
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our work, we encourage you to:
- Notify us within 7 days of receiving the deliverable
- Provide specific, detailed feedback about what does not meet agreed specifications
- Allow us a reasonable opportunity to revise and correct the issues (typically 1–2 revision cycles)
Refunds for dissatisfaction are only considered if: (a) the deliverable materially fails to meet the agreed specifications; and (b) we are unable to rectify the issues after reasonable attempts.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Third-party software licenses, APIs, and subscriptions purchased on your behalf
- Domain registration, hosting, and cloud infrastructure fees
- Work completed and approved in writing by you at any stage
- Consultation fees and discovery/scoping sessions
- Rush or priority delivery premiums
- Fees for already-delivered and accepted milestones
5. Recurring Services
For ongoing services (SEO, digital marketing, maintenance retainers):
- Services may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice
- The current billing period is non-refundable
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the paid billing period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused days within a billing period
6. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Email us at contact@valrixtechnologies.com with your project name, invoice number, and reason for the refund request
- We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method
- Bank transfer fees and payment gateway charges may be deducted from the refund amount
